AntiGravity® Fundamentals

AntiGravity® Fundamentals is a class for easy flyers or for beginners new to the basics of aerial fitness in a hammock. It includes zero-compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! The movement is broken down incrementally and is recommended for first timers and easy flyers.

3-5 AG Fundamentals classes or instructor approval are required before attending all other AntiGravity® classes.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga

AG Aerial Yoga starts with breathing exercises in the Womb pose – a floating meditation. We then mobilize, elongate and strengthen the body with supported versions of classic yoga asanas and more. The AntiGravity Hammock allows you to achieve perfect posture alignment in order to maximize its benefits. Zero-Compression inversions are seamlessly incorporated into the flow. We finish with a blissful floating savasana (“Cocoon pose”). This class is designed to open up your joints while engaging the right areas, all the while paying attention to breath and mindfulness.

AntiGravity® Pilates

Explore new territory with your Pilates workout! AG Pilates is a suspension training program that incorporates the foundation and the principles of Pilates. This class allows participants to:

  • Perform classical and contemporary Pilates exercises using ONLY the Hammock
  • Incorporate foundational principles of Pilates and AntiGravity together
  • Activate the PowerHouse: core strengthening while floating in the air
  • Target condition and align muscle groups
  • Gain amazing benefits from the Pilates method using AG Zero Compression Inversions

AntiGravity® AIRbarre

AG AIRbarre is an extensive aerial dance conditioning program that challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air! This class is accessible to non-dancers, with the Harrison Hammock helping them find alignment and also challenges accomplished dancers, giving them more airtime in jumps! Whether you are a fitness enthusiast eager to try new forms, a dancer who wants to explore the air or an aerialist who wants to work on lovely lines, AntiGravity AIRbarre will get you up and flying!

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga

AG Restorative Yoga is a gentle, healing-based class that will decompress the body and mind through zero compression inversions and supported stretches using the AntiGravity hammock. This class is suitable for all levels and is best for those looking for a relaxing, meditative stretch.

AntiGravity® Kids (Just Kids)

It is a child’s inherent nature to laugh, swing, spin, climb, flip and play. When a child plays the spirit soars. Suitable for age groups 5-6 and 7-10.

AntiGravity® 1on1

AG 1on1 sequences allow the certified instructor or personal trainer to provide their clients with innovative ways for adding decompression to their client’s fitness regime, thereby balancing their workout. Private sessions available.

AntiGravity® Stretch & Cocoon

AG Stretch and Cocoo takes participants through basic stretching and mobility sequences before placing them into the Cocoon for a guided meditation and/or a power nap.

AntiGravity® Strength & Stretch

AG Strength & Stretch combines the flowing asanas of Aerial Yoga with the fun of swinging and flipping in Suspension Fitness. Experience the power of how these two techniques work together beautifully to build strength and flexibility simultaneously in your AntiGravity® Fitness practice.
